My second defining moment was in January 2007 when I was taking a coaching course through my PhD program. EVERY person I completed assignments with was astounded at the ease with which they could talk to me and find the answers to the questions they had about themselves. I immediately recruited friends and previous students (Master’s Teachers) to participate in the coaching process to determine the effectiveness of coaching to increase personal and professional satisfaction (see Testimonials). My PhD specialization is Training and Performance Improvement, and EVERY client I have coached has raved about the changes in his or her life. Rediscovering your purpose in life and reigniting your initial passion for education is the goal of coaching: To improve your professional satisfaction and performance!
