Team/Group Performance Coaching
This option is for educators who are tired of working in isolation and are motivated to work collaboratively with peers in the same grade level and/or across content areas. We will Discover, Dream, Design, and reach your Destiny through Coaching 4 ~ Purpose and Passion using tools, resources, brainstorming and collaboration. This is an opportunity to participate in group calls and design curriculum or align curriculum within grade levels, to be sure all students are receiving the SAME quality education. Using brain theory, learning styles, and multiple intelligences, you will design dynamic and engaging lessons and units that will motivate you as a teacher AND your students. This can also be used to align curriculum across grade levels and can be used to create curriculum maps. With this option, we schedule two solid 60-minute group calls per month and one individual 30 minute call during the month. The week with no call is a great time to catch up on assignments and reflect on your progress.
This option includes:
2/60 min group calls per month (on a bridge line)
1/30 minute call for each team member per month
1 Lifeline email/participant each week for quick discussions related to your weekly goals – initiated by YOU.
